The Shell Fast Track: Auto Workshop Business Summit once again gathered auto workshop owners, entrepreneurs, and Shell Helix partners—this time in Cagayan de Oro—for a dynamic exchange of ideas and collaboration aimed at driving business growth in the automotive sector.
Now on its second run, the summit expanded its reach with more participants and a stronger lineup of speakers. What began as a simple initiative to open new business opportunities has evolved into a full-fledged platform helping workshop owners build efficient, competitive, and sustainable operations.

According to Shell Lubricants Head of Marketing and Business Development Ika Halili, the Fast Track Program is designed to guide entrepreneurs through meaningful growth rather than mere expansion. “Our role is to help partners make business decisions that make sense for them and their communities. We want them to grow steadily and sustainably,” Halili explained.
Unlike a franchise, Fast Track does not require any joining fees. Instead, Shell works hand-in-hand with workshop partners to understand their goals and challenges. Since the program’s launch, many have expanded their services, upgraded facilities, and invested in training to enhance customer experience—all while strengthening their partnership with Shell Helix.
