For MassKara Festival 2025, PHINMA Properties reimagined Bacolod’s most beloved celebration by turning Saludad Township into a dazzling showcase of color, culture, and community—inviting everyone to experience the city’s spirit in a whole new light.

Held on October 18, 2025, the first-ever Saludad Socials marked a defining moment for PHINMA Properties’ newest township. The event opened the township’s doors to Bacolodnons, welcoming families, artists, and potential residents to a one-day festival of fun and fellowship.

Inside the Saludad Sales Pavilion, guests immersed themselves in activities that celebrated Bacolod’s artistry and warmth—from piaya-pressing and cocktail-mixing workshops to wine-and-paint sessions and puppet crafts for kids. The lively marketplace, sunset photo studio, and eco-art booths added layers of charm, offering a refreshing complement to the energy of downtown MassKara parades.

Saludad is more than a place—it’s a vision for Bacolod’s future. A partnership between PHINMA Properties and JEPP Real Estate Co., with masterplanning by Royal Pineda+, the township integrates homes, learning, and leisure into one people-centered community. Southwestern University PHINMA will bring education into the heart of the development, while the upcoming TRYP by Wyndham Hotel promises to infuse modern hospitality into the local landscape.

For select guests, the event also featured exclusive township tours and an Investor’s Lounge experience—offering a sneak peek into the next chapter of Bacolod’s growth.

Dancing into the future
As dusk painted the township skyline, music and movement took over. The MassKara Dance Showcase electrified the crowd, followed by a soulful live band performance that closed the evening in true Bacolod fashion—joyful, vibrant, and full of life.

The inaugural Saludad Socials wasn’t just another MassKara event. It was a statement—a celebration of how Bacolod’s joyful culture can thrive in a modern, inclusive township.

Because in Saludad, every day carries the rhythm of MassKara: colorful, connected, and always alive.
