As of 9:37 p.m. EST on November 5, Trump leads with 52.4% of the vote, while Harris follows with 46.4%. Jill Stein has garnered 0.4% of the vote.
However, neither candidate has secured a sufficient lead in enough states to reach the electoral votes needed for victory.
There are 538 electoral votes up for grabs, and a candidate must win 270 of them to be elected president.
