TP expands Philippine footprint with 29th site in Pasay, creating over 1,000 new jobs

Global digital business services leader TP in the Philippines is accelerating its long-term investment in the country with the launch of its 29th Philippine site, a major expansion expected to generate more than 1,000 new jobs and reinforce the country’s position as a global hub for digital customer experience and IT-BPM services.

The company’s newest operations hub will rise at the Four E-Com Center within the SM Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City after securing approval from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). The agreement was formalized through a signing ceremony led by TP in the Philippines Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly and PEZA Director General Tereso Panga. The new facility is scheduled to begin operations in the third quarter, with a target opening in September.

The expansion comes as TP marks three decades of operations in the Philippines, highlighting the company’s sustained confidence in the country’s workforce and its strategic role in serving global clients.

“Opening our 29th site is a significant milestone as we celebrate our 30th year in the Philippines,” said Jolly. “This expansion represents far more than additional office space. It reflects our continued investment in digital-first infrastructure, innovation, and the exceptional Filipino talent that continues to power world-class customer experiences for leading global brands.”

He added that the company’s continued growth underscores the trust placed in TP by international clients and reaffirms its commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities for Filipinos.

“We are grateful for the continued support of PEZA and our government partners. Together, we remain committed to generating quality employment, expanding economic opportunities, and strengthening the Philippines’ leadership in technology-enabled customer experience and digital business services,” Jolly said.

PEZA Director General Tereso Panga welcomed TP’s latest expansion, describing it as another strong vote of confidence in the country’s thriving IT-BPM sector.

“TP’s continued expansion reinforces the Philippines’ reputation as one of the world’s premier destinations for digital business services,” Panga said. “As the company grows its presence across the country, including emerging regional IT hubs, PEZA remains committed to supporting its expansion through investor-friendly policies, infrastructure development, and strong collaboration with industry partners. Together, we can create more high-value employment and drive inclusive economic growth for Filipinos.”

The upcoming Four E-Com Center facility will complement TP’s existing Pasay operations at the nearby MAAX Building, which is home to more than 5,000 TP employees. It also marks the company’s third expansion announcement in less than a year, reflecting sustained demand from global clients for customer experience solutions, digital transformation services, and AI-enabled business operations.

With nearly 30 years of operations in the Philippines, TP has grown into one of the country’s largest private employers and remains a key contributor to the continued growth of the local IT-BPM industry. The latest investment further underscores the company’s long-term commitment to expanding its capabilities while helping position the Philippines at the forefront of the global digital services economy.
