As thousands of students prepare to return to classrooms, more than 100 employees of TP stepped up to help create cleaner, safer, and more inspiring learning spaces through the Department of Education’s Brigada Eskwela 2026 campaign.
Bayanihan in Action. TP Dreambuilders volunteers roll up their sleeves to repaint classrooms, clean school grounds, and refurbish learning facilities, helping ensure that students return to a brighter and more welcoming environment for the new school year.
Supporting this year’s Brigada Eskwela theme, “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman Bayan,” TP, a global leader in digital business services, mobilized employee volunteers from nine sites nationwide to contribute their time, skills, and resources in support of public education.
More than 100 TP Dreambuilders from Baguio, Molino, Bacolod, General Santos City, Pasig, Pampanga, Cebu, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro joined the initiative by raising funds for essential school supplies while simultaneously participating in campus clean-up drives, repainting classrooms, and improving school facilities.
The nationwide volunteer effort was spearheaded by TP’s Citizen of the World (COTW) Foundation and its TP Dreambuilders volunteer program, underscoring the company’s enduring commitment to empowering communities through education and meaningful employee engagement.
By combining volunteerism with community partnership, TP continues to make a lasting impact beyond the workplace—helping schools provide students with safe, conducive, and inspiring environments where learning can thrive. The Brigada Eskwela initiative reflects the company’s continuing mission to be a genuine Force for Good, strengthening public education while fostering a culture of service and bayanihan among its employees.
