Sen. Robin Padilla has announced that Museo de Padilla, the family-owned property in Quezon City known for its traditional Filipino architecture and events venue, is now up for sale.
The actor-turned-lawmaker made the announcement through a video posted on Facebook, where he personally toured viewers around the property.
“Malugod ko pong iniaalok ang Museo de Padilla sa sinuman na interesadong bumili nito,” Padilla said in the video.
The property includes a main house with six bedrooms, a four-bedroom apartment, and two studio-type apartments.
It also features a music room, a conference hall, a main kitchen, three ballrooms, and a meeting hall, making it suitable for both residential and commercial use.
Museo de Padilla is known for its traditional Filipino design with Spanish-inspired motifs. Over the years, it has also served as a venue for baptisms, weddings, and other social gatherings.
On its official social media pages, Museo de Padilla describes the property as offering guests “a unique taste of pre-colonial Filipino-Spanish palette” and a maze-like layout designed to inspire awe.
The site was once home to the Padilla clan and has since been opened to the public as an ancestral house and events venue.
