
Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) continues to raise the bar in digital banking after securing two major honors at the Digital CX Awards 2026 organized by The Digital Banker, strengthening its standing as one of the Philippines’ leading innovators in customer-focused financial technology.
RCBC earned the “Excellence in Next Gen Customer Satisfaction Philippines” and “Best Customer Experience via Mobile and Internet Banking Philippines” awards, highlighting the bank’s commitment to creating seamless, inclusive, and transformative banking experiences for Filipinos.
Driving the recognition is RCBC Pulz, the bank’s flagship digital banking platform, which has evolved into a comprehensive financial ecosystem designed to connect customers to banking, investments, lending, remittances, and everyday financial services through a unified digital experience.

The international awards body also recognized RCBC’s innovations in borderless onboarding, real-time financial transactions, and artificial intelligence-powered solutions — initiatives aimed at eliminating long-standing banking challenges while enhancing accessibility, security, personalization, and financial inclusion.
Over the years, RCBC has accelerated its digital transformation strategy by focusing on ecosystem banking and customer empowerment.
One of its key innovations is the rollout of US Virtual Accounts, allowing freelancers, overseas Filipinos, virtual assistants, and families receiving remittances to directly receive US dollar funds through RCBC Pulz without needing a US residential address or Social Security number.
The bank has likewise expanded its Banking-as-a-Service ecosystem through strategic collaborations, including the PalaSave savings feature within PalawanPay powered by RCBC DiskarTech, helping extend digital financial access to underserved communities across the country.
