The Philippine National Police arrested four most wanted persons in separate operations in Calabarzon on June 27.

Police said the arrests were made through the service of court-issued warrants in Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Rizal.

In San Pablo City, Laguna, authorities arrested an adult suspect facing 34 counts of estafa in separate criminal cases.

The court recommended total bail of Php 2.334 million, while the suspect was placed under police custody pending further proceedings.

In Imus City, Cavite, police arrested another adult suspect wanted for 18 counts of qualified rape of a minor, with bail set at Php 200,000 for each count, or a total of Php 3.6 million.

In Lipa City, Batangas, authorities served a warrant against an adult suspect facing a nonbailable charge of qualified rape of a minor.

Police in Rodriguez, Rizal, also arrested a regional most wanted person known by the alias “Pabs,” who was facing a charge of qualified statutory rape under a warrant issued without bail.

PNP chief Gen. Jose Nartatez said the operations showed the police force’s continuing campaign to bring wanted persons before the courts while ensuring that arrests are carried out with due process and respect for legal procedures.
