On March 28, 2025, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) continued its mission of helping Filipinos in need by donating 20 wheelchairs to the Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CPAP).
The turnover ceremony was held at the PCSO Conservatory Building along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City, with PCSO Assistant General Manager for Charity Sector Arnel N. Casas leading the handover.
CPAP president Eunice Marie G. Factor warmly accepted the donation and extended her heartfelt gratitude to PCSO. She emphasized the ongoing challenges that Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) face in securing essential mobility aids and commended PCSO for its timely and impactful support.
She noted that the wheelchairs will significantly enhance the mobility and overall well-being of individuals under CPAP’s care.
This donation is part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which is focused on aiding marginalized Filipinos, especially those living with illnesses and disabilities.
Through this initiative, PCSO continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment to uplifting lives and supporting those who need it most.
