The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has officially relocated its headquarters to a new office at Filinvest Cyberzone Bay, Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City, effective today, December 1.
Despite the move, the NBI has assured the public that its contact numbers, email addresses, and service hours will remain unchanged. The NBI Clearance Center located on UN Avenue in Manila will continue to operate during regular business hours.
In a separate update, the NBI announced that due to ongoing maintenance work on its phone lines, a temporary contact number has been set up for general inquiries. The new temporary number, 0939-1502-880, will be available 24/7 while the bureau installs new phone lines to enhance its services.
“We expect these numbers to be operational again as soon as the installation process is completed. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support,” the NBI said in a statement.
In another development, the NBI opened a new satellite office in Cauayan City, Isabela, on November 28, located at Talavera Square Mall along Maharlika Highway. The new office aims to bring NBI Clearance services closer to the residents of Cauayan City and neighboring municipalities.
NBI director Jaime B. Santiago emphasized that the expansion is part of the bureau’s ongoing efforts to provide efficient, accessible, and high-quality services to the public.
