In its September 1 session, the Commission affirmed the designation, assignment, and reassignment of multiple Police Commissioned Officers to third-level positions, citing the exigency of service and the need for effective leadership across the organization.

The resolution was signed by Interior and Local Government Secretary Juanito Victor C. Bernabe III, Beatrice Aurora A. Vega-Cancio, Josephus G. Angan, and PLTGEN. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., Ex-Officio Commissioner.

NAPOLCOM emphasized that the appointments are part of its constitutional mandate to exercise administrative control and supervision over the police force. The reshuffling, the Commission said, is designed to strengthen command, streamline operations, and ensure effective law enforcement nationwide.
