Conducted by TÜV SÜD from June 22 to 26, 2026, the surveillance audit evaluated the effectiveness of the Networks Group’s Quality Management System across the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Meralco’s electric distribution network and related services. The flawless audit result highlights the organization’s sustained compliance with internationally recognized quality standards and reflects the maturity and robustness of its operational processes.
