The Meralco Bolts are charging into the PBA’s golden 50th season with a renewed identity, marking their 15th year in the league with a fresh logo and brand-new uniforms.
The updated emblem reflects the team’s values of grit, unity, sportsmanship, and excellence—serving as a symbol of recharging, reenergizing, and recommitting to their mission. To mark the milestone, the Bolts will also debut a commemorative black jersey designed especially for the PBA’s golden year.
Veteran leaders Chris Newsome, Cliff Hodge, Chris Banchero, Raymond Almazan, Allein Maliksi, Anjo Caram, and Kyle Pascual will anchor the squad in their quest for redemption in the upcoming Philippine Cup. They will be joined by dependable role players Bong Quinto, Aaron Black, Jansen Rios, and Raymar Jose, along with rising talents Brandon Bates, CJ Cansino, and Kurt Reyson.
Top draftees Jason Brickman and Vince Magbuhos are expected to bolster the roster once they finish their Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League stints, while fellow rookies Ethan Galang, Ladis Lepalam, and Jeff Comia continue to vie for permanent spots.

Beyond local competition, Meralco is also gearing up for international glory as the country’s lone representative in the East Asia Super League (EASL). The Bolts have assembled a powerhouse trio of imports—Justin Brownlee, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, and Puerto Rican star Ismael Romero—solidifying their status as a strong title contender on the regional stage. The team is also exploring the addition of an Asian import to further strengthen its lineup.
As the Bolts celebrate 15 years in the league, the call is clear: it’s time to #ChargeForward. Fans can follow the team’s journey, game schedules, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content on Instagram (@meralcoboltsofficial) and Facebook (Meralco Bolts).
