Whether on land or at sea, weekday or weekend, the City of Manila’s commitment to a cleaner environment remains unstoppable.

On Saturday, August 9, the Department of Public Services (DPS) Team Mandaragat rolled up their sleeves once again for another round of cleanup operations at Manila Bay. Armed with determination and a shared sense of responsibility, the team collected waste and debris along the shoreline, ensuring the bay’s waters and surrounding areas remain as pristine as possible.

Officials emphasized that the effort goes beyond simply beautifying the city. “This is not just about keeping our city and waters clean—it’s about safeguarding the health and well-being of our residents,” the DPS stated.
