IKEA has opened its first-ever Plan and Order Shop in TriNoma Mall, offering northern Metro Manila residents a more convenient way to access the brand’s world-famous home solutions. The new 500-square-meter space serves as both a planning hub and an ordering station—allowing shoppers to design their dream spaces with expert guidance and shop from IKEA’s extensive online catalog.

Unlike the vast Pasay City store, the TriNoma branch offers a curated experience focused on personalized interior planning. Customers can book one-on-one sessions with IKEA specialists to design kitchens, wardrobes, and living spaces tailored to their homes. The store also showcases inspiring room setups and product combinations that help shoppers visualize how IKEA’s modern Scandinavian aesthetic can come to life in Filipino homes.

While select home accessories, kitchenware, and décor items are available in-store, customers can explore the complete range of over 8,500 products online and have their orders delivered or picked up from the shop—making it a convenient bridge between physical and digital shopping.

“Almost four years ago, IKEA said its first ‘hello’ to the Philippines when we opened our first store in Pasay City,” said IKEA Philippines Country Retail Manager Ricardo Pinheiro. “Today, we’re thrilled to say ‘hello’ again—this time to Quezon City—with our first Plan and Order Shop in collaboration with Ayala Malls.”

Pinheiro explained that the concept was designed for urban dwellers seeking accessible, sustainable, and expert-led home planning services. “Customers can sit down with our design specialists in our consultation zone, shop curated collections, or order online for free pick-up at the shop. It’s all about convenience and inspiration,” he said.

He added, “Our philosophy is simple—to make great design available to many Filipinos who dream of joyful, functional spaces that bring families closer together, especially this Christmas season.”

The store’s opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, Swedish Ambassador to the Philippines Anna Ferry, Ayala Land Senior Vice President Mariana Zobel de Ayala, and IKEA’s Ricardo Pinheiro.

Strategically located on Level 1 of TriNoma Mall along North Avenue and EDSA, the shop caters to residents from Quezon City, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela, as well as customers from Bulacan, Pampanga, and Central Luzon via the North Luzon Expressway and Skyway 3.

The Plan and Order Shop is fully cashless, accepting only digital and card payments. Shoppers can also browse and place orders anytime through IKEA Philippines’ official website.

With the launch of its TriNoma Plan and Order Shop, IKEA continues to make stylish and sustainable living accessible to more Filipinos—one thoughtfully designed space at a time.
