At the Globe Developers Conference (DevCon) 2025, innovation met empathy as Globe showcased DAISI — the Digital Assistant for IT Services and Inquiries — a next-generation AI chatbot designed to redefine how employees experience everyday IT support.
Developed by the Information Services Group (ISG), DAISI was built to simplify the way Globe employees interact with technology. Instead of navigating multiple systems or waiting for helpdesk replies, employees can now resolve login issues, track ServiceNow tickets, and get instant updates — all through a single, conversational interface on Google Chat.
“DAISI takes what used to be a multi-step, time-consuming process and turns it into one seamless conversation,” said Seth Kendall Munar, Process & Automation Engineer for Service Operations. “We wanted to make IT support feel more human — faster, smarter, and more personal.”
This chatbot marks a key milestone in Globe’s push toward intelligent operations. The automation team is preparing enhancements that will allow DAISI to analyze incident root causes, manage problem tickets, and send near real-time alerts. Future integrations with other IT tools promise a unified, AI-powered ecosystem that learns from each interaction.
Feedback plays a central role in DAISI’s evolution. Employees can easily rate their experience and share suggestions directly through the chat interface, ensuring the assistant continues to adapt to real-world needs. “DAISI isn’t just a digital tool — it’s the foundation of a smarter, more caring support ecosystem,” added Jennifer Dela Cruz, also from Service Operations. “It helps our people focus less on tech hassles and more on what truly matters — creating, collaborating, and delivering impact.”
