As internet connectivity becomes increasingly essential for work, education, business, and everyday life, Globe is strengthening its grassroots presence in Rizal with the opening of a new community-based service hub in Angono aimed at making broadband and mobile services more accessible to residents.
Located in Barangay Mahabang Parang, Angono, the new Onsite Distribution Operations (OSDO) hub serves as a one-stop access point for Globe At Home applications, prepaid products, customer support, and digital connectivity solutions, bringing services closer to households, students, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and families across Angono and neighboring communities.
The launch underscores Globe’s continuing push to bridge the digital divide by expanding localized service centers that provide easier access to reliable internet and mobile connectivity beyond major urban centers.
“Connectivity has become a necessity for Filipino families and businesses. As more people embrace digital lifestyles, Globe remains committed to making internet services more accessible, affordable, and convenient for every community,” said Jil De Castro, Globe Territory Business Head.

The new Globe Onsite Distribution Operations (OSDO) hub in Barangay Mahabang Parang, Angono, Rizal, serves as a dedicated customer touchpoint for local residents. The facility offers convenient access to Globe At Home applications, prepaid transactions, and customer support services, operating daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
“Through hyper-localized hubs like our new Angono facility, we are bringing Globe closer to our customers—making it easier for them to apply for broadband services, access prepaid products, and receive support right within their own neighborhoods,” she added.
Known as the “Art Capital of the Philippines,” Angono is among the rapidly growing communities in Rizal where demand for dependable internet services continues to rise. The new hub is expected to support the area’s increasing digital needs while providing residents with faster and more convenient access to Globe’s products and services.
Beyond serving as a distribution and customer support center, the facility will also act as a community engagement hub where Globe can strengthen relationships with local stakeholders and support initiatives focused on digital literacy, livelihood development, disaster response, and community empowerment.
The hub offers a wide range of services, including Globe At Home broadband applications, Globe Prepaid and TM transactions, GOMO-related inquiries, product information, and customer assistance.
The facility was formally inaugurated through a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Globe executives, partner organizations, and local government representatives. Among those present were EMVIEM CEO Maribel Mallari, Globe Territory Business Head Jil De Castro, Regional Marketing Manager Trisha Dimandal, Trade Marketing Manager Johriel Zaragoza, Area Operations Heads Nikki Gonzales and Adrian Adriatico, Business Development Experts Nico Geron and Jason Sumang, along with Barangay Captain Melencio Villa and members of the barangay council.
Operating daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Angono OSDO hub is expected to serve thousands of residents across Rizal who are seeking convenient access to connectivity products and support services.
The opening forms part of Globe’s broader nationwide expansion of community-based hubs designed to improve customer experience, strengthen digital inclusion, and ensure more Filipinos can participate in the country’s growing digital economy.
As Globe continues to roll out similar facilities across the country, the company aims to bring not just internet services closer to communities, but also opportunities for learning, livelihood, communication, and economic growth powered by reliable connectivity.
