PhilHealth reminds all its members that they can avail of the Outpatient Emergency Care Benefit (OECB) Package at any Level 1 to Level 3 PhilHealth-accredited hospital, effective February 14, 2025.
As clarified in PhilHealth Advisory No. 2025-0009, also signed on February 14, 2025, no separate accreditation is required for hospitals to provide the OECB Package.
The capability of health facilities to offer this benefit was already evaluated during their initial PhilHealth accreditation.
