DSWD holds new ‘Serbilis’ One-Stop-Shop April 22–24

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is set to conduct another round of its ‘Serbilis’ one-stop-shop series from April 22 to 24 at the DSWD Central Office in Batasan, Quezon City.

Spearheaded by the Human Resource Management and Development Service (HRMDS), the initiative gathers various government agencies—including Pag-IBIG, PSA, SSS, NBI, PhilPost, and the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO)—in one location to provide on-site services exclusively for DSWD employees, contractors, and their family members.

“This initiative makes it easier for our personnel to access essential services without leaving the workplace,” said DSWD spokesperson Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao, emphasizing the department’s commitment to employee convenience and welfare.

Among the services available are application processing, document requests, legal consultations, and loan assistance. These are part of DSWD’s continuing efforts to foster a more supportive and accessible work environment for its workforce.
