Organized by the Filipino Graphic Designers (FGD) community in collaboration with the Philippine Business Network (PHBN) and TTRacing, the event redefines how design, strategy, and storytelling collide under pressure.
Set at the TTRacing Showroom in Taguig and broadcast live on Facebook, Design Drift 2024 transforms digital design into a spectator sport. With dynamic camera angles, real-time commentary, and a professional “designcaster” offering play-by-play analysis, the event promises the same adrenaline and strategy found in esports arenas—only this time, the battleground is the artboard.
Ten of the country’s rising web designers will face off in a one-hour challenge to build a website for a surprise MSME brand from PHBN. They’ll need to think fast, design smart, and stay calm as chaos unfolds through unpredictable twists: Freeze Powers that halt their progress, Desk Switches that swap their projects with competitors, and Surprise Judge Challenges that demand on-the-spot creativity.
Each design will be judged based on branding alignment, user experience, visual cohesion, adaptability, and inventive use of the game-style curveballs. Winners will earn premium TTRacing Duo V3 Air Threads Fabric Chairs and exclusive prizes, while others walk away with recognition, exposure, and priceless connections within the creative and tech industries.
