During the Grand Press Conference for Bakery Fair 2025 held on Wednesday, February 26, at Oriental Palace in Quezon City, Ah highlighted the fair’s importance as a crucial platform for bakeries, suppliers, and professionals to connect, collaborate, and elevate their craft.
He was joined at the press conference by FCBAI executive vice president Wilson Lee Flores, 1st vice president Jerry Midel, and 2nd vice president Christopher Ong, who also shared their insights on the upcoming event.
