Asticom earns double Gold at Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards for innovation and people-first leadership

Asticom has secured two Gold Stevie® Awards at the prestigious Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, recognizing the company’s leadership in technology-driven service innovation and its transformative approach to human resource management.

The company received the Gold Award for Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service for Other Service Industries for its Intelligent Service Management initiative. The program features a custom-built configuration integrated within Asticom’s project management platform, enabling service operations to become more proactive, efficient, and responsive.

Through advanced automation and intelligent workflows, the system significantly reduces manual processes and service interruptions. It can automatically detect operational issues, generate service tickets, route them to the appropriate teams, and in certain cases resolve problems independently.

The platform is also designed with “self-healing” capabilities that address early warning signs before they escalate into larger disruptions, helping maintain seamless service delivery.

By integrating automation into its operational framework, Asticom has strengthened efficiency across its service ecosystem while maintaining high levels of reliability and customer satisfaction.

In a separate recognition, Asticom also captured the Gold Stevie® Award for Innovative Achievement in Human Resources for its Human Resources Transformation as a Strategic Model. The initiative repositioned HR from a traditional support function into a central driver of culture, engagement, and long-term organizational performance.

A key component of the transformation is the operationalization of “malasakit,” translating empathy, care, and shared accountability into a structured people-centered framework that guides leadership and everyday workplace practices.
