The northeast monsoon, or amihan, will continue to bring light rains to several parts of the country on Saturday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said the Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Dinagat Islands will see cloudy skies with light rains due to the prevailing amihan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

PAGASA also warned of strong winds and rough seas over Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and the Visayas.

The eastern section of Mindanao, along with the rest of Luzon and the Visayas, will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.

In the rest of Mindanao, winds will be light to moderate, while sea conditions will remain slight to moderate.
