Filipino cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao and her non-showbiz husband, Christopher Quimbo, welcomed their first child, sharing a heartwarming video of their newborn son on Instagram on Saturday, November 30.
“New character unlocked,” Gosiengfiao wrote, adding a baby bottle emoji to her caption.
On the same day, Gosiengfiao also gave her followers a glimpse of her birthing experience at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, through a video posted on her YouTube channel.
Quimbo was by her side throughout the journey, along with the hospital staff.
“Life will never be the same,” she wrote in the video’s description.
The couple, who tied the knot in February 2023 in Pasay City, first announced in June this year that they were expecting their first child. In September, they revealed they were expecting a baby boy.
