BFP Central Luzon maintains full alert status for Undas 2026

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Central Luzon has maintained its Code Red or Full Alert Status as it intensifies public safety and emergency response operations across the region under Oplan Kaluluwa 2026.
On Saturday, October 31, the BFP said its personnel remained deployed in strategic locations throughout Central Luzon to provide emergency medical assistance, assist motorists, and respond to incidents during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.
The heightened alert, now on its second day, is being implemented under the leadership of BFP Central Luzon Regional Director FCSUPT Aldwin Salazar.
As part of its preventive measures, BFP field personnel are conducting visits to cemeteries and memorial parks to distribute fire safety information materials and remind visitors of essential precautions against fire-related incidents.
The bureau said these activities aim to strengthen public awareness and encourage vigilance as families gather at cemeteries to remember their departed loved ones.
Meanwhile, the Regional and Provincial Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) continue to coordinate with field units and monitor situation reports to maintain updated information on conditions across the region.
The monitoring system is intended to facilitate coordination among responding units and ensure prompt action whenever emergencies or other public safety concerns arise.
BFP Central Luzon said its personnel would continue providing frontline services and maintaining operational readiness throughout the implementation of Oplan Kaluluwa 2026.
The bureau also reminded the public to observe fire safety precautions and cooperate with authorities to help ensure a safe and orderly Undas observance.
