Vietnam Airlines is bridging Hanoi and Cebu (Dec. 2), while VietJet lands you straight from Saigon to Manila (Nov. 22). Plus, AirAsia is making it simple to fly from Cebu to both Kuala Lumpur and Macau (Nov. 15).
