Yield Guild Games (YGG) has confirmed the return of the world’s largest player-focused Web3 gaming event, the YGG Play Summit, happening on November 18–22, 2025, at SMX Aura in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
For one week, Manila will transform into the City of Play—a vibrant, cyberpunk-inspired arcade metropolis that celebrates the limitless future of gaming. The Summit will bring together gamers, creators, developers, builders, investors, and innovators to showcase the latest titles, tools, and opportunities shaping Web3.
“Through play, people can develop skills, explore new worlds, and grow both in games and in digital careers,” said Mench Dizon, Country Head of YGG Pilipinas. “The ‘City of Play’ is where the world will gather to experience that power of play—right here in Manila.”
Four districts of play
The Summit is built around four themed districts, each offering unique experiences:
- Player District – The commercial hub featuring exclusive swag, hands-on game demos, and showmatches of Web3 favorites like Axie Infinity, Pixels, and Aurory.
- Degen District – A playful space for casual players who trade memecoins and perps, with on-site access to free versions of YGG Play titles such as LOL Land.
- Skill District – Powered by the Sui Foundation and YGG’s Metaversity, this district transforms education into play, with crash courses, workshops, career pathways, and mentorship for emerging digital talent.
- The Arena – The esports battleground, hosting tournaments for games like Vibes TCG and Parallel TCG. In 2024, YGG Esports player Zeliaser captured the $20,000 grand prize from a $100,000 pool—this year promises even bigger stakes.
Global awards and VIP experiences
The GAM3 Awards by GAM3S.GG will return to the Summit for its second consecutive in-person ceremony on November 21 at Samsung Hall, BGC. With more than 900 nominated games and over a million votes cast in 2024, this year’s awards will again crown the best in global Web3 gaming, including Game of the Year and Content Creator of the Year.
