Students aiming to enter the University of the Philippines for the 2027-2028 school year will take the College Admission Test on August 1 and 2, 2026.
The UPCAT application window opens in March 2026, allowing current Grade 11 students to submit their forms and secure a slot for the exam.
Digital test permits will be issued in July 2026, providing examinees with details on their testing centers and schedules.
Applicants are required to submit official academic records, including Forms 2A and 2B, as well as transcripts covering Grades 8 through 11, by August 2026.
On exam day, candidates must present a valid school ID or a government-issued identification for verification.
The previous UPCAT for the 2026-2027 school year was conducted in August 2025 across over 100 testing centers nationwide.
Nearly 18,000 applicants passed the 2025-2026 UPCAT out of more than 135,000, reflecting a slight increase in the passing rate from the previous year.
