Japanese hair care brand Tsubaki recently held an immersive lifestyle event that gathered beauty enthusiasts and lifestyle content creators to mark the official launch of its Renewal Line in the Philippines. This collection includes the Moist and Repair Line, the Volume and Repair Line, and the Premium Ex Repair Care Line.

At the core of every Tsubaki formula is Camellia Oil, derived from the Japanese Camellia flower. Rich in antioxidants and green tea extract, this ingredient is known for its nourishing and moisturizing properties, especially suited for Asian hair. It is the key element behind Tsubaki’s promise of revitalized, healthy-looking locks.

To highlight the importance of this hero ingredient, the launch featured a perfume-making activity led by certified aromatherapist Jirbie Leanne Go. Guests created their own fragrance blends inspired by the refreshing scent of Camellia, echoing the signature fragrance found in every Tsubaki product.

Guests explored the three Tsubaki lines, each designed to deliver a distinct benefit. The Premium Ex Intensive Repair Care Line targets damage and intensive treatment needs, the Volume and Repair Line offers added lift and bounce, while the Moist and Repair Line restores softness and shine. All three are formulated with salon-level Japanese technology.

Professional hairstylist and Tsubaki ambassador Gary Lumapas shared practical advice on how to make the most of Tsubaki’s Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Masks. He suggested mixing and matching the variants depending on your hair’s needs, pointing out that all products share the same harmonized scent, allowing for seamless layering.

“For color-treated or chemically processed hair, go for the Premium Ex Repair Care Line,” Gary said. “If you want more volume, the Volume and Repair Line is perfect. And don’t forget the Hair Mask—use it once a week for deep nourishment.”

The event also gave guests an up-close look at the newly reformulated Tsubaki Renewal Line, made to bring the experience of Japanese salon-quality hair care into the home. Each variant delivers targeted results:

  • The Moist and Repair Line hydrates and restores shine
  • The Volume and Repair Line adds body, ideal for limp or fine hair
  • The Premium Ex Repair Care Line helps revive damaged and over-processed strands

Beauty and lifestyle content creator Valerie Tan hosted the event, expressing her appreciation for the Premium Ex Hair Mask. “I’m really impressed with the Zero Second Hair Masks by Tsubaki. Treating damaged hair at home with no wait time is a game-changer,” she said.
