What started eight years ago as a modest local exhibit has now evolved into one of the country’s most anticipated cultural events. The Ortigas Art Festival has not only captured national attention but also earned international recognition, with honors from the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards and the International Business Awards for its innovation and accessibility.

And this year, it’s leveling up again—bigger, bolder, and more inclusive than ever.

From July 10 to 24, Ortigas Art Festival 2025 takes over GH Mall with the powerful theme: “Art for All: A Celebration of Borderless Artistic Expression.” It’s more than an exhibit—it’s a movement. A call to break barriers between disciplines, between artist and audience, and between the formal art world and everyday life.

A festival without walls
Imagine strolling through your neighborhood mall and suddenly finding yourself inside a living, breathing gallery. That’s exactly what Ortigas Art Festival promises this year, transforming the East Wing Atrium, South Wing Atrium, 4F Tech Hub, and Promenade Cinema into vibrant spaces filled with paintings, photographs, films, fashion pieces, and live performances.

“Our mission has always been to bring art closer to people and people closer to art,” says festival consultant and renowned artist Renato Habulan. “We believe that when art becomes more accessible, it helps artists thrive, communities connect, and culture flourish.”

And best of all? It’s completely free.

Rooted in local talent, Inspired by community
This year’s lineup is a celebration of Filipino creativity at its finest—featuring both rising talents and revered names with deep cultural roots.

Among the must-see artists:

  • Totong Francisco, grandson of National Artist Carlos Francisco
  • Raul Roco Jr., son of the late statesman
  • Fashion designer Chynna Mamawal
  • Photographers from Born in Film, Redlab, and more

Regional voices shine through with pieces from Angono Artists (from the art capital of the Philippines), San Juan Artists, Pasig-based creatives, and groups like Shine Vitto Galerie from Mindoro. At every turn, the festival showcases diverse identities and rich stories from across the archipelago.

Get hands-on with art
For those who want more than just to look, the 4F Tech Hub offers a playground of creativity. Join artist talks, pop-up events, and hands-on workshops—from watercolor sessions with the Philippine Guild of Watercolorists, to forums led by Manny Garibay of Linangan, and analog photography sessions with Born in Film.

You won’t just be viewing art—you’ll be making it.

More than canvas: Film, fashion, movement, and sound
The Ortigas Art Festival 2025 embraces art in all its forms. At The Promenade Cinema, enjoy free screenings of award-winning Filipino films, in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines.

Film lineup includes:

  • Babae at Baril – July 11
  • John Denver Trending – July 12
  • Thy Womb – July 18
(All screenings start at 7 PM at Cinema 4)

Fashionistas can explore Chynna Mamawal’s cutting-edge couture-meets-concept pieces, while movement takes the spotlight with performances by The Learning Tree, Halili School of Dance, and UPeepz—fusing tradition and modernity through rhythm and grace.

A festival that belongs to everyone
Ortigas Art Festival 2025 is more than an event—it’s a testament to the belief that art should have no gatekeepers. Whether you’re a long-time art lover or a first-time explorer, this is your space. No elitism, no exclusivity—just pure, accessible, unfiltered creative energy.

The festival opens with an exclusive vernissage on July 10 at the East Wing Atrium and runs daily during mall hours until July 24. Admission is free, but spots for workshops are limited, so register early.
