Toyota PH offers free roadside assistance for Holy Week travelers

Motorists heading out for the Holy Week break can get added support on the road as Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) rolls out free emergency roadside assistance from April 2 to 5, 2026.

The initiative covers select Toyota dealerships across the country, along with designated assistance sites in Cebu, in a bid to help customers travel more safely and with greater confidence during one of the busiest travel periods of the year.

TMP said customers who avail of the emergency roadside assistance will not be charged for labor, although any replacement parts that may be needed will be billed separately.

Participating dealerships in Metro Manila include Toyota Abad Santos, Toyota Alabang, and Toyota Marikina. These locations will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 2, 4, and 5, while services on April 3, Good Friday, will be available only until 12:00 noon.

In North Luzon, the free roadside assistance service will be available through Toyota Baguio City, Toyota Bataan, Toyota Ilocos Sur, Toyota San Fernando Pampanga, and Toyota Nueva Ecija. In South Luzon, the participating dealers are Toyota Taytay Rizal, Toyota Calamba, Toyota Los Baños Service Center, Toyota Calapan, Toyota Camarines Sur, Toyota Dasmariñas, Toyota Lucena City, Toyota Batangas City, and Toyota Silang Cavite.

TMP is also extending the service across key Visayas locations, including Toyota Mabolo, Toyota Talisay Cebu, Toyota Mandaue North, Toyota Mandaue South, and Toyota Negros Occidental Service Center. In Cebu, roadside assistance teams will be stationed in Dalaguete on April 2, Toledo on April 3, Moalboal on April 4, and Cebu City on April 5 under Toyota Talisay Cebu. Toyota Mandaue North, meanwhile, will deploy teams to San Remegio, Danao City, Carmen, and Catmon over the same four-day period, covering major church and community sites expected to draw Holy Week travelers.

In Mindanao, Toyota Davao City is also taking part in the program.

The free emergency roadside assistance campaign runs only from April 2 to 5, 2026. Customers may contact participating dealerships for further details.

TMP also urged customers to follow its official pages on Facebook, Instagram, and X, join the ToyotaPH Viber community, and download the myTOYOTA PH app for updates on products, services, dealer operations, and vehicle care.
