Bring out the eyeliner and dust off your old band tees, because My Chemical Romance is officially returning to the Philippines! The band will perform on April 25, 2026, at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan — their first show in the country since 2008.
The concert is part of their Long Live The Black Parade Asia Tour, which also includes stops in South Korea (April 18), Thailand (April 22), Singapore (April 28), Malaysia (April 30) and Indonesia (May 3).
Timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of their iconic album, The Black Parade, the tour celebrates a legacy built on fan-favorite hits, including Welcome to the Black Parade, Helena, Teenagers and I’m Not Okay (I Promise).
After splitting in 2013, frontman Gerard Way declared, “My Chemical Romance is done.” However, the band reunited in 2019, released a surprise six-minute comeback single, “The Foundations of Decay,” in 2022, and dropped a remastered edition of their 2004 album, “Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge,” in 2025, featuring updated mixes and previously unreleased material.
Despite the excitement, the band enters this tour with heavy hearts, mourning the passing of former drummer Bob Bryar, who died at age 44 in November 2024 at his home in Tennessee.
