Manny Villar has expanded his culinary ventures with the opening of Balustre, a new restaurant in Tagaytay that highlights the richness of Filipino food and the joy of shared meals.
Situated in Crosswinds, Balustre is designed to capture the essence of Filipino dining—gathering around the table with loved ones. The menu features a variety of regional dishes meant to delight the taste buds while evoking memories, laughter, and connection.
“Every meal is a chance to share stories, laughter, and the comfort of home,” Villar wrote in a recent social media post.
Balustre joins Villar Creations, Villar’s growing portfolio of food and lifestyle brands, which already includes Coffee Project, Dear Joe, and The Bread Basket. His recent projects also feature Food Liberty at Evia Mall, a dining hub bringing together flavors from across the Philippines, from Ilocos empanadas to other local specialties.
