Filinvest Group is celebrating its 70th anniversary with a major milestone—two wins at the prestigious HR Excellence Awards 2025, cementing its reputation as a people-first organization.
The conglomerate bagged the Silver Award for Excellence in Talent Management and the Bronze Award for Excellence in Leadership Development, its first-ever recognitions at the awards body that honors outstanding human resource strategies driving business success.
The Silver Award underscores Filinvest’s robust Talent Review and Succession Planning framework, competency-based assessments, and leadership development programs that fuel career growth and strengthen organizational performance.
Meanwhile, the Bronze Award highlights the Group’s flagship initiatives—Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP) and Executive Development Program (EDP)—developed in partnership with leading academic institutions. These programs address post-pandemic challenges in agility, engagement, and succession while ensuring cultural continuity across the organization.
