SB Finance, Inc., the consumer finance company backed by Security Bank and Thailand’s Krungsri, has partnered with Xceptional International Services and Safety Corporation (XISCO) to make its eSALAD program available to the company’s workforce.
Under this collaboration, XISCO employees can conveniently apply for salary-deducted loans ranging from P10,000 up to P2 million, with repayment terms of up to 36 months. Loan payments are automatically deducted from their salaries, ensuring a hassle-free process for both employees and the company.
“This partnership reflects our drive to promote financial inclusion by giving workers access to transparent, reliable, and convenient loan options. Through eSALAD, employees can confidently manage their financial needs without the stress that usually comes with traditional borrowing,” said Jas Gaa, SB Finance Head of Corporate Employee Loan.
XISCO executives welcomed the initiative, highlighting the positive impact it will have on employee well-being. “We believe employee welfare extends beyond the workplace. By working with SB Finance, we’re providing our people not just financial access, but peace of mind—assuring them that when life’s needs arise, they have a trusted partner to turn to,” said XISCO President and CEO Tristan Dumlao.
The eSALAD program offers employees a fully digital loan experience, from application to after-sales support, through SMS or online platforms. With minimal requirements and fast approval, the program helps boost employee morale and retention while sparing companies from additional administrative or financial burdens.
The partnership was facilitated by Security Bank Sales Officer Kim Larryjie Guno, SB Finance eSALAD Account Officer Roselle Cafranca, XISCO Senior Treasury Specialist Ma. Aileen L. Vivas, and XISCO People Services Director Quency Reyes.
SB Finance noted that the eSALAD program is open to other accredited companies. Employers interested in providing the benefit to their workforce can easily sign up through www.sbfinance.com.ph, giving their employees access to simple, secure, and accessible salary-deducted loans.
