Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) has rolled out a major upgrade to its Digital Payroll Portal, now offering same-day account opening and ATM card issuance—all done completely online.
“We understand how important it is for businesses to have a quick and seamless payroll setup process,” said Martin Tirol, Head of RCBC’s Transaction Banking Group. “With this latest upgrade, employees can open their accounts and get their ATM cards right away—no more waiting. Our goal is to make payroll onboarding fast, simple, and efficient.”
This enhancement gives companies greater flexibility, whether they operate from a single location, multiple branches, or manage remote teams. RCBC’s improved payroll solutions are built to adapt to various workplace setups while keeping convenience and speed at the forefront.
Through the RCBC Pulz digital banking app, employees can manage their payroll accounts, apply for salary loans, and enjoy added perks like free personal accident insurance. Pre-qualified users can also access a portion of their salaries in advance through the PayDay NOW feature.
RCBC payroll accountholders can withdraw cash even without their ATM cards using QR codes or reference numbers at any of the bank’s 1,482 ATMs nationwide. The bank has also partnered with 7-Eleven to expand its reach—employees can now withdraw cash and check balances for free at 3,512 7-Eleven ATMs across the country.
