The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) conducted its Monthly Rank Inspection (MRI) Friday morning at the QCPD Grandstand, Camp Karingal.
The inspection, part of the “Tamang Bihis” Letter of Instruction, began at 8 a.m. and aimed to ensure proper dress, discipline, and readiness among personnel.
QCPD personnel were inspected in their GOA Type C uniform, field cap, patrol shoes, and rig, without firearms, officials said.
PCOL Joel Villanueva, Deputy Director for Administration, led the activity, assisted by PCOL Alex Pederio, Chief of the Directorate for Logistics and Development.
PLTCOL Crizalde Conde, Officer-in-Charge of the Directorate for Intelligence, Development, and Management Division, also conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) during the inspection.
The initiative requires strict adherence to uniform standards, proper use of equipment, and overall neatness among all QCPD personnel.
Officials said the exercise reinforces discipline and operational readiness across the police district.
