The recognition underscores Nolido’s growing influence in Philippine real estate and his visionary leadership in sustainable township development.
Organizers highlighted Nolido’s transformative work in reshaping Philippine communities through eco-friendly, future-ready developments that champion wellness, climate resilience, and inclusive growth. Since taking the helm in 2015, he has pushed Pueblo de Oro toward a long-term vision grounded in smart planning, green innovation, and purposeful community-building—earning both industry distinction and global praise.
Pueblo de Oro’s reputation for integrating generous open spaces, natural landscapes, and people-centered design has led to major accolades, including Masterplan Development of the Year – Philippines and Residential Development of the Year – Philippines at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2025, along with Best Green Development from the DOT Property Philippines Awards.
