PSC, elite link launch app to empower filipino athletes

The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) has partnered with US tech firm Elite Link, Inc. to develop a mobile app aimed at empowering Filipino athletes worldwide.

The digital platform will serve as a talent database and recruitment hub, allowing athletes to register, update their profiles, and showcase their stats, achievements, and highlights for visibility to verified coaches, scouts, and recruiters.

“This partnership with Elite Link is a beautiful gift for Philippine sports. It is a chance for our young, talented athletes to find their communities, to discover opportunities, and to realize their potential. This is a great generosity that I am sure future champions will honor with their success,’’ PSC Chairperson Patrick Gregorio said during the MOU signing in Makati City.

Elite Link president and CEO Guillaume Lucci said the app will be designed to connect athletes globally, enabling them to link with peers, train with specialized coaches, secure sponsorships, join teams, and get noticed by scouts.

“We are proud to sign this MOU and join forces with the Philippine Sports Commission to empower the next generation of Filipino athletes. With the Elite Link app, we are creating a game-changing digital platform where athletes can connect with peers, train with specialized coaches, secure sponsorships, join teams, showcase their skills, and get noticed by scouts and recruiters — all while accessing opportunities to compete in sporting events at every level,” Lucci said.

The app will feature secure access, data protection mechanisms, and analytics for PSC to support its integrated amateur sports development program. White Cloak Technologies, the development partner, said it is building the app with a scalable architecture, secure data systems, and user-friendly interfaces to ensure performance and reliability.

“We are lucky and proud to have found partners who share our vision and sincerity—equally dedicated to transforming, modernizing, and elevating Philippine sports governance,” Gregorio added.
