The Philippine National Police (PNP) will deploy more than 141,000 personnel and force multipliers nationwide to ensure public safety, manage traffic, and assist travelers during the Undas 2026 holiday rush.

Under the leadership of Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., PNP chief, the deployment will include 73,034 police personnel, 16,560 personnel from other government agencies, and 51,578 force multipliers.

The operation will cover 5,311 cemeteries and columbaria, major roads, transportation hubs, places of worship, tourist destinations, and other strategic areas. The PNP expects heavy traffic on Friday, October 30, as Filipinos travel to their home provinces ahead of All Saints’ Day on November 1 and All Souls’ Day on November 2.

All PNP offices and units will be placed under Full Alert Status from 12:01 a.m. on October 30 until 12:01 a.m. on November 3, 2026, to ensure readiness in responding to emergencies and providing public assistance.

PGen Nartatez urged the public to plan their trips early, monitor traffic conditions, secure their belongings, and keep children and senior family members safe.

The nationwide security operation forms part of the PNP’s Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) approach under its Focused Agenda, in coordination with government agencies, local authorities, and communities to maintain peace and order throughout the Undas holiday period.
