The highly anticipated Philippine Masters Athletics Championship (PMAC) is returning for its third season this June 7-8, 2025, at the PhilSports Track and Field Oval, Pasig City.
Organized by the National Masters and Seniors Athletics Association of the Philippines (NMSAAP), this championship brings together athletes aged 30 and above from across the country to prove that age is just a number when it comes to sports.
The two-day championship will feature a full slate of track and field events, including sprints, hurdles, throws, jumps, and relays, with divisions categorized by age and gender to ensure fair and exciting competition.
Here is the events list for this season.

The team with the most gold across all gender and all age groups will be given the Overall Champion trophy. Additional recognition will also be given to outstanding teams and individual masters athletes with the most gold will be given an MVP award (male and female).
The two-day championship is divided into morning and afternoon sessions.
DAY 1 – June 7, 2025
- Morning Session – 5:15 AM to 9:55 AM
- Afternoon Session – 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Day 2 – June 8, 2025
- Morning Session – 5:15 AM to 9:55 AM
- Afternoon Session – 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Admission to the venue is free for all spectators who wish to witness this inspiring display of athleticism and support the nation’s dedicated master athletes.
