PLDT Enterprise has earned a Silver Anvil at the 61st Anvil Awards, reinforcing its push to make digital transformation more accessible and results-driven for Philippine enterprises. The recognition, under Public Relations Programs – Best Use of Influencer Marketing, was awarded to its multi-season digital series ROI’d to Success, a campaign built around real-world stories that show how technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
Launched in 2024, ROI’d to Success positioned customer success stories at the center of its narrative, using peer-led storytelling to demystify digital adoption. Rather than focusing on abstract promises, the series highlighted concrete gains in efficiency, scalability, and growth—turning return on investment into something business owners could see, hear, and relate to.
Hosted by broadcast journalist Karen Davila and amplified through trusted influencer voices and Hustleshare’s podcast platform, the campaign reframed digital transformation as a shared learning journey. By grounding discussions in lived entrepreneurial experiences, it made complex technology solutions more practical and actionable for decision-makers across industries.
What began as a video series evolved into a broader advocacy platform, expanding into podcasts and short-form digital content to sustain engagement and meet audiences where they actively seek insights and peer validation. This multi-format approach helped the campaign maintain momentum while widening its reach among enterprises navigating their own digital transitions.
The series has since featured a diverse mix of organizations, from MSMEs to large corporations, including NOMAD Coffee Philippines, L.A. Bakeshop, Sta. Ana Healthcare Plus Corporation, Cake2Go, Northeast Business Solutions Inc., Agri Exim Global Philippines Inc., Doublesquare Networks Inc., Hotel Casiana, and NYXSYS Philippines Inc. Together, their stories illustrated how digital solutions can drive innovation and resilience regardless of company size or sector.
“ROI’d to Success is a testament to how we put our customers at the heart of every story,” said Julie Carceller, First Vice President and Head of Brand Management at PLDT Enterprise. “By giving entrepreneurs a platform to share how our digital solutions have accelerated their growth, we’ve shown that technology is about creating tangible impact—driving real business results, enhancing efficiency, and helping entrepreneurs scale with confidence.”
Beyond recognition, the Anvil Awards citation affirmed the campaign’s effectiveness as a business tool. Since its launch, ROI’d to Success has delivered sustained audience growth across platforms, generated strong earned media value, and contributed to increased inquiries and solution consultations—demonstrating how purpose-driven influencer partnerships can strengthen both brand trust and commercial outcomes.
Presented annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, the Anvil Awards are regarded as the country’s highest standard of public relations excellence, honoring programs that excel in strategy, execution, originality, and ethical practice.
The recognition extended beyond storytelling. Within the same awards cycle, VITRO Inc. received a Gold Anvil for the launch of VITRO Santa Rosa, the country’s first AI-ready hyperscale data center. The milestone underscored the Group’s parallel focus on building resilient, future-ready digital infrastructure to support both local and global enterprises.
Taken together, the awards highlight PLDT Enterprise’s dual role as an enabler of business transformation—combining compelling, customer-led narratives that inspire digital adoption with infrastructure investments that make large-scale transformation possible.
