The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines is gearing up to make a strong impression at ITB Asia 2025, the region’s most prestigious travel trade show, slated for October 15 to 17 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.

Bringing together over a thousand exhibitors from Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East, ITB Asia is the go-to event for the MICE, leisure, and corporate travel sectors. Organized by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific with support from the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau, the three-day B2B showcase fosters valuable business connections and high-impact tourism partnerships.

The Philippines’ presence last year proved a major success, with the TPB-led delegation securing more than P721 million in sales leads—a 277% jump from 2023. This year, TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles hopes to build on that momentum.

“ITB Asia gives us an incredible platform to connect with international buyers and present the best of what the Philippines has to offer—from breathtaking destinations to sustainable tourism initiatives,” Nograles said. “We are committed to strengthening global partnerships and pushing for a tourism industry that is both inclusive and sustainable.”

The 2025 Philippine delegation will feature 24 Department of Tourism-accredited enterprises, each guaranteed at least 33 B2B appointments. Participants will gain access to over 1,250 qualified buyers and 13,000 trade attendees. The Philippine booth—spanning 171 square meters—will debut an elevated design with a hanging banner for better visibility and branding impact.

Beyond formal business sessions, the Philippines will highlight its vibrant and diverse offerings—ranging from adventure and leisure experiences to culture, wellness, and MICE tourism. The showcase aims to reinforce the country’s growing reputation as one of Asia’s most dynamic and experience-rich destinations.

By leading this major participation, TPB reaffirms its dedication to keeping the Philippines at the forefront of global tourism promotion. The agency invites international buyers, industry leaders, and travel innovators to engage with the Philippine delegation at ITB Asia 2025—and discover why “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” continues to resonate around the world.
