The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will offer 240 vacant residential lots in Greenville Subdivision, Barangay Lusacan, Tiaong, Quezon through an electronic public bidding (e-bidding) on August 20, 2026.
Bids may be submitted through the PDIC e-bidding portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph starting 9:00 a.m. on August 19 until 1:00 p.m. on August 20, 2026. The opening of bids is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on August 20, 2026.
The residential lots have minimum disposal prices ranging from P119,000 to P1 million. Located near schools, the Tiaong Municipal Hall, and commercial establishments, Greenville Subdivision offers both convenience and investment potential. The area is also expected to benefit from the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Toll Road 4 (TR4) project, which is anticipated to improve connectivity, reduce travel time, and support long-term property value appreciation.
Interested buyers may view the complete property catalog, detailed descriptions, bidding procedures, requirements, and submit bids through the official PDIC e-bidding portal. Participation requires a one-time registration at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph/Account/Register, which also grants access to future PDIC asset auctions.
All properties are offered on an “as-is, where-is” basis. PDIC encourages prospective buyers to conduct due diligence, including verifying the property’s condition, ownership, and other relevant details before submitting bids. Participants are also advised to review the Conditions of Bid carefully. Those bidding on behalf of another individual or an organization may download the pro-forma Special Power of Attorney or Secretary’s Certificate, respectively, free of charge from the e-bidding portal.
Proceeds from the sale of PDIC-owned corporate assets are added to the Deposit Insurance Fund, which finances valid deposit insurance claims.
