Mandaluyong City, Philippines – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)
turned over various assistive and mobility aids to the municipality of Cuenca, Batangas,
as it continued to extend support to communities in need.

Among the donated items were wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, and a nebulizer.

These are essential tools in improving the quality of life for individuals with mobility and
respiratory concerns, especially persons with disabilities (PWDs).

The turnover ceremony was conducted on June 30, 2025, at the Conservatory Building
along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City. Leading the turnover was PCSO Assistant
General Manager for the Charity Sector, Arnel Casas, while the donation was officially
accepted by Administrative Staff Angielo Vicencio, representative of Mayor Alexander
Magpantay, who expressed gratitude on behalf of Cuenca residents.

This activity forms part of the PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program,
aligned with its mandate to deliver inclusive and compassionate services to the Filipino
people, contributing to the government’s vision of a “Bagong Pilipinas.”
