
MANILA – Pasig City emerged as Metro Manila’s fastest-growing local economy in 2025, recording a 5.8-percent growth rate, according to information released by the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).
The city’s economic performance highlights its continued expansion and contribution to economic activity in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Based on the report, Pasig’s gross domestic product (GDP) was estimated at Php 513.24 billion in 2024, providing a strong foundation for further economic growth in 2025.
The latest growth figure reflects an increase in the city’s economic output, which measures the value of goods and services produced within its boundaries.
