Palawan Group received international recognition for its impactful B2B partnership with government agencies, winning Silver at the NEXT Awards APAC 2025.
Palawan Group of Companies has clinched the Silver Award for Most Innovative B2B Campaign at the NEXT Awards Asia-Pacific 2025, held on 27 November at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. The recognition highlights the success of Palawan For Business, the company’s B2B arm, in transforming how government agencies deliver financial aid to Filipinos in remote and underserved areas.
Through Palawan Group’s nationwide network of more than 3,500 branches, the initiative—spearheaded with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)—turned select locations into micro-payout hubs strategically placed in far-flung barangays and island communities.
Mobile branches and payout caravans extended reach even further, while real-time monitoring and SMS alerts ensured beneficiaries felt secure and informed. The result: faster, more efficient government disbursements that eased the burden on families and strengthened financial inclusion efforts across the country.

Lisa Lou Castro-Sabado, Chief Business Development Officer and Missy Cheah-Balemor, Head of Palawan For Business proudly received the award for driving innovative B2B initiatives that create meaningful impact.
Lisa Lou Castro-Sabado, Chief Business Development Officer of Palawan Group, said the award affirms the company’s mission to innovate with purpose. “This recognition reflects our commitment to partnerships that create real impact in the communities we serve. At Palawan Group, innovation is our anchor—it guides our understanding of partners’ needs. We share this win with our teams, industry partners, and every Suki whose lives we strive to uplift.”
The NEXT Awards Asia-Pacific, organized by MARKETECH APAC, honors the region’s most forward-thinking and results-driven marketing campaigns. Its unique progression system elevates exceptional national entries to the APAC stage, where creativity, strategy, measurable outcomes, and real-world impact determine the winners.
With this Silver win, Palawan Group cements its position as a regional leader in B2B marketing innovation. More importantly, it showcases how private-sector agility and technology can elevate public service—bridging distances, building trust, and transforming the way government aid reaches millions of Filipinos in distant islands, mountainous regions, and hard-to-reach communities.
