Pagcor warns public vs. fake gaming deals linked to Lucky 7 Bingo Corp

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) has issued a warning to the public regarding fake gaming certifications allegedly linked to Lucky 7 Bingo Corporation.

While Lucky 7 Bingo Corp is a legitimate E-Games venue licensee as of April 30, 2025, Pagcor received reports that the company has been involved in contract agreements offering individuals a chance to earn PHP50,000 through the “Lucky 7 Bet Lottery Platform.” As part of the scam, participants are required to pay an upfront deposit of PHP3,000.

Pagcor clarified that the license used in these agreements is a fake offshore gaming license. The agency reminded the public that all offshore gaming operations in the country have been banned since December 31, 2024.

“While Lucky 7 Bingo Corporation is a legitimate licensee for E-Games venue operations as of April 30, 2025, it does not hold any valid offshore gaming license,” said Jessa Fernandez, head of Pagcor’s Offshore Gaming and Licensing Department.

“The license presented in said agreements is fake, and any engagement based on it is fraudulent. We strongly advise the public to exercise due diligence when engaging with entities claiming to be PAGCOR-accredited,” she added.

Fernandez advised the public to verify the legitimacy of any gaming license only through Pagcor’s official website or by calling their trunkline numbers: +632 8521-1542 or +632 8522-0299.
