OPM legends, chart-topping hitmakers and rising stars shared the spotlight as Tanduay First Five brought thousands of music fans together across Visayas and Mindanao in a concert tour that blended nostalgia, fresh sounds and cross-generational collaborations.
The multi-city run drew packed crowds at the Grand Capital Mall Open Grounds in Iloilo, SM Seaside City Cebu Concert Grounds in Cebu, and Davao Crocodile Park & Zoo in Davao, underscoring the enduring appeal of Filipino music across different generations.
“This year’s Tanduay First Five is different in many ways from the previous ones we staged as we brought together new-gen and old-school bands and artists who collaborated live onstage,” said Edzel Ty, Digital Brand Manager of Tanduay.
“It attracted audiences of all ages, from millennials to Gen Z, and turned out to be one of the most memorable concert tours in the Visayas and Mindanao.”
OPM Across Generations
Among the tour’s standout moments was the Davao leg, where hip-hop artists Skusta Clee and Flow G shared the stage with rock veterans Kamikazee and Parokya ni Edgar, creating an unlikely but crowd-pleasing fusion of musical styles.
Zack Tabudlo and December Avenue likewise drew strong reactions during other stops, performing some of their biggest hits as fans sang along throughout their sets.
The mix of rock, hip-hop and contemporary pop became one of the defining features of the tour, giving longtime OPM followers and younger audiences a common stage to celebrate Filipino music.
“Tanduay First Five reflects Tanduay’s commitment to being part of moments that foster creativity, self-expression and lasting memories,” Ty said.
“We support spaces where people can connect and celebrate shared experiences.”
Ty added that the concert series would not have been possible without the continued support of fans of both Tanduay and Filipino artists.
Fans Already Asking for the Next Tour
Mounting a multi-city concert featuring five major acts presented significant logistical challenges, but organizers said all three legs ran smoothly and posted exceptional attendance.
The reception was so strong that fans began asking almost immediately when the next Tanduay First Five would be held.
“‘When and where is the next TFF concert?’ This is the most common feedback we received on our social media pages, along with people requesting to have Tanduay First Five in their own cities,” Ty said.
Although the tour was initially envisioned as a one-time event, Ty hinted that another edition could be staged next year.
For the remainder of 2026, Tanduay is also preparing to unveil its new Tanduay Calendar Girl before the end of the year.
A Celebration for Loyal Supporters
Tanduay First Five was conceived as a way for the company to give back to customers who have supported the brand through the decades.

With packed venues, genre-crossing performances and calls from fans for more stops, Tanduay First Five proved that OPM’s ability to bring generations together remains as strong as ever.
