It was a night of pride, prestige, and pure celebration as Omega Healthcare brought together its best and brightest for the 2025 Omega Global Awards (OGA), held at the elegant Marco Polo Ortigas in Pasig. Now in its fourth year in the Philippines, the highly anticipated awards night celebrated the exceptional achievements of its teams in Manila and Cebu, reinforcing the company’s continued belief in the excellence of Filipino talent.
The OGA is Omega Healthcare’s most distinguished annual recognition event, held across three key regions: the United States, India, and the Philippines. More than just a corporate affair, the event is a heartfelt tribute to individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond in advancing the company’s mission through commitment, creativity, and collaboration.
This year’s awards night proudly embraced a Philippine Heritage theme, with employees and leaders donning traditional Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog. The event gathered 250 guests from across the Manila and Cebu delivery centers, transforming the venue into a vibrant display of local culture and corporate pride.
Top leaders graced the occasion, including Omega Healthcare Co-Founder and CEO Anurag Mehta, Senior Vice President Narayanan V., and Philippines Country Manager Santosh Kesari. They were joined by leaders from talent management, operations, finance, human resources, and other key departments, reflecting the company’s unified commitment to employee recognition.

Under the Star Annual Awards, 58 employees and teams were honored:
- 14 Star Team Leads were praised for leading their teams with consistency and excellence.
- 10 Star Teams received recognition for high-impact collaboration and innovation.
- 9 Star Managers were celebrated for outstanding leadership and strategic execution.
- 19 Support Function stars were given the Star Support Award for critical back-end contributions.
- 16 trailblazers received the coveted CREDO Award, highlighting breakthrough performance and bold thinking.
On the global stage, 17 employees were distinguished under the Omega Global Awards, including:
- 5 Customer Excellence Awardees recognized for delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
- 2 Innovation Award winners credited for introducing transformative operational solutions.
- 1 One Omega Excellence Awardee, the highest individual honor, commended for exceptional dedication and alignment with Omega’s core values.
- The CREDO Team Award, presented to the nine-member NYU Clinical Team for their remarkable synergy and project success.
